Ennek k\u00f6vetkezt\u00e9ben a <strong>megfizethet\u0151s\u00e9g<\/strong> \u00e9s a <strong>lakhat\u00e1si szeg\u00e9nys\u00e9g<\/strong> fogalmai egyre gyakrabban jelennek meg a k\u00f6zbesz\u00e9dben. Ez a fejezet a magyar lakoss\u00e1got \u00e9rint\u0151 megfizethet\u0151s\u00e9gi probl\u00e9m\u00e1kat, a szakpolitikai v\u00e1laszokat, valamint azokat a szakpolitik\u00e1kat v\u00e1zolja fel, amelyek rontj\u00e1k a lakhat\u00e1s megfizethet\u0151s\u00e9g\u00e9t.<\/p>\n<p>A megfizethet\u0151s\u00e9g fogalm\u00e1t h\u00e1rom aspektusb\u00f3l t\u00e1rgyalja a jelent\u00e9s:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Hozz\u00e1f\u00e9rhet\u0151s\u00e9g:<\/strong> K\u00e9pes-e a h\u00e1ztart\u00e1s megfizetni a megfelel\u0151 lakhat\u00e1shoz val\u00f3 hozz\u00e1f\u00e9r\u00e9st (tulajdont vagy b\u00e9rletet).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Anyagi teher:<\/strong> A lakhat\u00e1s k\u00f6lts\u00e9gei vesz\u00e9lyeztetik-e a h\u00e1ztart\u00e1s alapvet\u0151 sz\u00fcks\u00e9gleteinek kiel\u00e9g\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9t. Akik a lakhat\u00e1s min\u0151s\u00e9g\u00e9re, hozz\u00e1f\u00e9r\u00e9s\u00e9re, elhelyezked\u00e9s\u00e9re, valamint az energiaszeg\u00e9nys\u00e9gre vonatkoz\u00f3 indik\u00e1torok k\u00f6z\u00fcl legal\u00e1bb egyben \u00e9rintettek, lakhat\u00e1si szeg\u00e9nys\u00e9gben \u00e9l\u0151nek tekinthet\u0151k. A <a href=\"https:\/\/habitat.hu\/sites\/lakhatasi-jelentes-2024\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2024\/11\/Habitat_EvesJelentes2024_241126.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Habitat for Humanity Magyarorsz\u00e1g 2024-es jelent\u00e9se<\/a> szerint a magyar lakoss\u00e1g <strong>30,3%-\u00e1t<\/strong>, azaz <strong>2 877 937 f\u0151t<\/strong> \u00e9rintett a lakhat\u00e1si szeg\u00e9nys\u00e9g legal\u00e1bb egy indik\u00e1tora.<\/p>\n<h3>Hozz\u00e1f\u00e9r\u00e9s a biztos lak\u00e1stulajdonhoz vagy lak\u00e1sb\u00e9rlethez<\/h3>\n<h4>A lak\u00e1stulajdonhoz jut\u00e1s neh\u00e9zs\u00e9gei<\/h4>\n<p>A magyar korm\u00e1nyzati lak\u00e1spolitika deklar\u00e1lt c\u00e9lja a lak\u00e1stulajdonhoz jut\u00e1s t\u00e1mogat\u00e1sa. Ezek a szakpolitik\u00e1k nem csup\u00e1n nem seg\u00edtik a szoci\u00e1lisan r\u00e1szorul\u00f3kat, de a lak\u00e1stulajdonhoz jut\u00e1st is megnehez\u00edtik, mivel hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rulnak az ingatlan\u00e1rak drasztikus n\u00f6veked\u00e9s\u00e9hez.<\/p>\n<p>Az eg\u00e9sz Eur\u00f3pai Uni\u00f3n bel\u00fcl Magyarorsz\u00e1gon dr\u00e1gult meg a legjobban a lak\u00e1sok v\u00e9tel\u00e1ra (l\u00e1sd 1. \u00e1bra), nomin\u00e1lisan t\u00f6bb mint h\u00e1romszoros\u00e1ra n\u0151ttek a lak\u00e1s\u00e1rak az elm\u00falt 15 \u00e9vben (<a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/eurostat\/en\/web\/products-eurostat-news\/w\/ddn-20251003-1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">re\u00e1l\u00e9rt\u00e9ken pedig t\u00f6bb mint 2,5-szeres\u00e9re<\/a>).
