Az UIA c\u00e9lja, hogy er\u0151forr\u00e1sokat k\u00edn\u00e1ljon eur\u00f3pai v\u00e1rosok sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra \u00fajszer\u0171, innovat\u00edv megold\u00e1sok tesztel\u00e9s\u00e9re. A programra az 50.000 f\u0151n\u00e9l n\u00e9pesebb eur\u00f3pai v\u00e1rosok, illetve v\u00e1rosr\u00e9szek jelentkezhetnek, az Eur\u00f3pai Bizotts\u00e1g pedig \u00f6sszesen 372 milli\u00f3 eur\u00f3t biztos\u00edt a c\u00e9lra.<\/p>\n<p>\u200bA projektek kiv\u00e1laszt\u00e1sa 2015 \u00e9s 2020 k\u00f6z\u00f6tt \u00e9vente megjelen\u0151 felh\u00edv\u00e1sokon kereszt\u00fcl t\u00f6rt\u00e9nik \u00e1ltal\u00e1ban 4-5 t\u00e9m\u00e1ban. Az UIA-projektek k\u00f6lts\u00e9gvet\u00e9s\u00e9nek nincs meghat\u00e1rozott m\u00e9rete &#8211; a nyertes projektek 5 milli\u00f3 eur\u00f3ig r\u00e9szes\u00fclhetnek t\u00e1mogat\u00e1sban. A projektekhez 20% \u00f6ner\u0151t kell biztos\u00edtani, illetve a gy\u0151ztes projektet maximum 3 \u00e9ven bel\u00fcl meg kell val\u00f3s\u00edtani.<\/p>\n[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;1_2&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.0.7&#8243;][et_pb_text module_class=&#8221;bold&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.0.7&#8243; text_text_color=&#8221;#1CAF96&#8243; text_font_size=&#8221;15px&#8221; header_4_text_color=&#8221;#1CAF96&#8243; header_4_font_size=&#8221;25px&#8221;]\n<h4>FUNDED PROGRAM<\/h4>\n<p>The Urban Innovative Actions (UIA) program is the European Commission&#8217;s new pilot initiative for the 2014-2020 period. UIA aims to provide resources for European cities to test pioneering, innovative solutions. European cities and municipalities with more than 50,000 people can apply for the program and the European Commission will provide a total of \u20ac 372 million.<\/p>\n<p>Projects are selected annually through calls from 2015 to 2020, usually on 4-5 topics. There is no fixed budget for UIA projects &#8211; winning projects can receive up to \u20ac 5 million. A lakhat\u00e1s t\u00e9mak\u00f6r\u00e9ben beny\u00fajtott, E-Co-Housing elnevez\u00e9s\u0171 projekt t\u00f6bb mint 4,5 milli\u00f3 eur\u00f3s, k\u00f6zel 1,5 milli\u00e1rd forintos t\u00e1mogat\u00e1sban r\u00e9szes\u00fclt.<\/p>\n<p>A projekt f\u0151 c\u00e9lja egy innovat\u00edv, fenntarthat\u00f3, \u00f6nkorm\u00e1nyzati b\u00e9rlak\u00e1sokat tartalmaz\u00f3 h\u00e1z kialak\u00edt\u00e1sa Zugl\u00f3ban, amellyel alacsony fenntart\u00e1si k\u00f6lts\u00e9g\u0171 lak\u00e1sokhoz juthatnak a ker\u00fcleti lakosok. A Gizella utca 14-16. sz\u00e1m alatti \u00f6nkorm\u00e1nyzati tulajdon\u00fa telekre \u00e9p\u00fcl majd ez a pozit\u00edv energiam\u00e9rleg\u0171, az \u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9s k\u00f6rnyezetre gyakorolt hat\u00e1sait a lehet\u0151 legkisebbre cs\u00f6kkent\u0151 \u00e9p\u00fclet. Az \u00e9p\u00fclet t\u00f6bbszintes lesz, el\u0151re gy\u00e1rtott elemekb\u0151l k\u00e9sz\u00fcl, kb. 25-30 k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151 m\u00e9ret\u0171 lak\u00e1s alak\u00edthat\u00f3 majd ki benne. A k\u00f6lts\u00e9ghat\u00e9konys\u00e1g \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben alacsony \u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9si k\u00f6lts\u00e9g, energiahat\u00e9konys\u00e1g \u00e9s okos informatikai megold\u00e1sok k\u00e9pezik a projekt m\u0171szaki sarokk\u00f6veit.<\/p>\n<p>Az \u00e9p\u00fclet fizikai megval\u00f3s\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1n t\u00fal a projekt c\u00e9lja egy olyan lak\u00f3k\u00f6z\u00f6ss\u00e9g kialak\u00edt\u00e1sa, amely gener\u00e1ci\u00f3kon \u00e1t\u00edvel\u0151 egy\u00fcttm\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9sen, befogad\u00e1son alapul; \u00f6nkorm\u00e1nyz\u00f3 m\u00f3don az eg\u00e9szs\u00e9ges \u00e9s fenntarthat\u00f3 \u00e9letm\u00f3dot t\u00e1mogatja. A projekt r\u00e9sze a m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s m\u0171szaki \u00e9s t\u00e1rsadalmi szempontb\u00f3l t\u00f6rt\u00e9n\u0151 nyomon k\u00f6vet\u00e9se, annak \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben, hogy a tapasztalatokat \u00e1t tudjuk adni, \u00e9s egy m\u00e1shol is megval\u00f3s\u00edthat\u00f3, sikeresen m\u0171k\u00f6d\u0151 modellt tudjunk l\u00e9trehozni.[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;1_2&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.0.7&#8243;][et_pb_text module_class=&#8221;bold&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.0.7&#8243; text_text_color=&#8221;#1CAF96&#8243; text_font_size=&#8221;15px&#8221; header_4_text_color=&#8221;#1CAF96&#8243; header_4_font_size=&#8221;25px&#8221;]\n<h4>THE ZUGL\u00d3 PROJECT<\/h4>\n<p>The Municipality of Zugl\u00f3 included partners with significant social, engineering and environmental expertise in the development of the project. The housing project E-Co-Housing received more than \u20ac4.5 million worth of support, nearly 1.5 billion forints.<\/p>\n<p>The main objective of the project is to develop an innovative, sustainable social housing estate, which will provide local residents with low-cost housing. This positive energy balance building minimizing the impact of construction on the environment, will be built at Gizella Street 14-16 on a land owned by the municipality. This multi-storey building made of prefabricated elements, will host approx. 25-30 different size apartments. For cost efficiency, low construction costs, energy efficiency and smart IT solutions are the technical cornerstones of the project.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the actual implementation of the building, the project aims to create a community based on intergenerational cooperation and inclusion; it supports a healthy and sustainable lifestyle in a self-governing way. Part of the project is the follow-up of operation from a technical and social point of view, so that we can transfer experience and create a successful model that can be implemented elsewhere.[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section][et_pb_section fb_built=&#8221;1&#8243; text_text_color=&#8221;#A4E4D9&#8243; text_font_size=&#8221;15px&#8221; header_4_text_color=&#8221;#A4E4D9&#8243; header_4_font_size=&#8221;25px&#8221;]\n<h4>GOALS OF THE PROJECT<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>We provide affordable, sustainable housing opportunities for approximately 100 Zugl\u00f3 residents of different ages with different social and family backgrounds, thus reducing the waiting list for those in need.<\/li>\n<li>Zugl\u00f3&#8217;s municipal housing stock suitable for accommodating more than two people is growing, and indeed there is huge need for it to expand.<\/li>\n<li>With the help of municipal and non-governmental institutions, an efficient &#8216;in-house&#8217; communication and personalized service can be developed in the building, which can serve as a model for other settlements.<\/li>\n<li>The zero-energy building reduces Zuglo&#8217;s carbon footprint.<\/li>\n<li>By using recycled materials during construction, we can increase resource efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>By utilizing rainwater and gray water, composting, recycling bio-waste, we help to create a circular economy in the urban garden around the building.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section][et_pb_section fb_built=&#8221;1&#8243; Detailed planning of the building, acquisition of the necessary permits for the construction and the execution of the public procurement will take place the first year.\u200b<\/p>\n<p>Parallel to this, the methodology of housing community building, tenant selection and training will be developed. <\/p>\n<p>During the second year, the house will be built. <\/p>\n<p>Residents will be moving in during the third year.
